Delivery/Freight ozgrog.com.au uses Australia Post E-Parcel Wine Delivery Service for all it’s deliveries. This is a door-to-door service and is extremely safe and efficient. Delivery is available to any postcode region in Australia and can take up to 15 days from time of order. This time frame can be shorter depending on the delivery region, stock availability and despatch processing. If you choose to have your goods delivered to your home and you are out at the time of delivery, a card will be placed in your letterbox for you to collect the goods from your local post office. The post office will hold your goods for a maximum of 14 days. Please remember to have proof of age for delivery or collection of goods. Delivery charges apply to all orders. Charges will appear on your order at time of checkout and order confirmation. Sales Taxes
We are required to automatically charge and withhold the applicable GST for orders to be delivered to addresses within Australia. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state or country.
Permission to Return and to Receive Credit
Unfortunately we cannot accept return of unwanted merchandise. Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise
We will, upon your request, replace any merchandise that is received in damaged condition or as a result of a picking error. No material will be accepted or replacements issued without prior approval to return such merchandise. Notification of damaged or incorrect merchandise must be emailed within 3 days of receipt of goods. Incorrect merchandise returns will only be accepted when goods are returned IN SALEABLE CONDITION. Cost of return shipping for such merchandise shall be the responsibility of Ozgrog. Filing of claims will be our responsibility
